The LightWave LW EPS-200E is a large, motorised projection screen designed for settings where a big, flat, high-quality surface is essential—such as classrooms, meeting rooms, auditoriums, home theaters, or large performance spaces. With a viewing area of 200 cm × 200 cm (approximately 79″ × 79″), this screen offers a square 1:1 format surface for versatile display possibilities.
The screen’s fabric is a matte white surface with black backing, helping to enhance contrast by preventing light bleed and improving image quality from front projectors. The viewing angle is wide, around 160 degrees, so viewers seated off-center can still see a good image.
Mechanically, the screen retracts and extends automatically by means of a heavy-duty tubular motor. Controls include an RF remote (with a range up to ~25 meters), plus an in-line switch option. There’s also an auto-locking system that allows the screen to stop and lock at any preferred position.
The casing is a robust metal housing (spray-painted, often offered in white or black), meant to protect the screen when retracted and to give a clean, durable finish. Mounting is flexible, supporting both wall mounting and ceiling suspension, depending on the space and user preference.
