Product Overview
The MikroTik L009UiGS-RM is a high-performance wired router engineered for advanced networking needs. Designed as a successor to the popular RB2011 series, it delivers up to four times the processing power thanks to its modern dual-core ARM CPU. This makes it ideal for complex routing, filtering, firewall configurations, and hardware-accelerated IPsec encryption, which greatly enhances speed and reliability.
Equipped with eight Gigabit Ethernet ports, including PoE-In on the first port and PoE-Out on the last, it simplifies cabling in demanding setups. An integrated SFP cage supports both Gigabit and 2.5 Gbps SFP modules, providing high-speed fiber-optic connectivity. The powerful Marvell switch chip ensures a full-duplex blazing backhaul to the CPU, eliminating network bottlenecks.
The L009 features an innovative rack-mountable design that doubles as a heat sink. It includes accessories to mount up to four units in just 1U of rack space—ideal for data centers or crowded server rooms where space efficiency is vital.
Its versatility extends beyond routing. A full-sized USB port enables containerized applications like Pi-hole ad-blockers or custom network utilities. With support for USB LTE modems, it can also serve as a reliable failover solution or mobile backup link. All powered by RouterOS v7 and scalable to wide-ranging enterprise and ISP environments.
